Replace parking by bike lanes in city center

In every street that has parking spots at both sides of the street, one lane could easily be replaced by a bike lane. Send cars to underground parkings or parkings outside the center, connected to public transport.

Thank you Kasper for your idea. We are looking for innovative and digital idea that can be develop during the summer by a team of very motivated IT students. Could you re-think your proposal in this sense? Can an applications or collecting data encourage cycling, or new bike lanes in Brussels?
